Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was picked to represent Australia during the Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her out of the game. It took a few years to Allana to get back in the rugby league. Allana was the first woman to make her debut in the league game against Queensland in New South Wales. The radio show Allana has been on has increased as she regularly appears with 2GB's Continuous Call Team, a highly rated program. Outside of sport Allana is also a qualified educator. Allana Ferguson has the unique accomplishment of playing for Australia in three different sports that include Rugby sevens (rugby league) as well as touch rugby union. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos footballer and rugby league player of Australia's Jillaroos team, has had to put a premature ending to her career as a player after she tore her ACL on a 4th occasion. Ferguson had already torn ligaments on her knee between 15 and 17, but after the fourth tear the game was over for the 25-year-old. Ferguson is JILLAROOS's player who was forced to quit before the end of the season due to a 4th tear to the ACL of her left. Ferguson suffered an ACL injury the month of November, while training. In the last week, she confirmed this news in an interview with The Courier Mail.
