Melissa Suzanne George hails from Australia and is an inventor, businessperson also an actor and model. She started her career in Australia and eventually moved to Hollywood in which she has achieved great fame and success. George is from the city of Perth native, who was attracted initially in skateboarding and dance. When she was in 1992, she began modeling when she was young and in the teens. Her name was chosen as Western Australia's teens' Model of the year in the year 1992. The following year, she made an appearance on the screen for an episode on the soap-opera series Seven Network Home and Away. After her debut on the big screen, in Dark City's thriller of mystery, she acted in a range of secondary roles as a supporting actress in Alias The Limey, Down with Love as well as other productions before taking her first role as a female lead in the mainstream of Hollywood in the 2005 remake of The Amityville Horror. Her current role is among the top Hollywood stars and Australian ex-pats. In her capacity as an entrepreneur, George has brought her personal product Style Snaps into the market.
